Just use new Prepros 6. Same thing for free, plus available for win/linux.

For starters, Codekit supports build folder with a single click of a button. Secondly, Prepros doesn't allow you to manipulate the output path of multiple files at the same time. After trying Prepros, I just got pissed at it.

Actually, CodeKit has a couple really nice features not found in Prepros. If you're using a Mac, CodeKit is clearly superior.
