@StaceyHaffner:  Thanks Stacey!!!!! Kam, one of the Xbox Live Forum specialists, just fixed it! I’m able to add my account and the sandbox now gets updated, just like your video describes.    Thanks a million!!!  ^_^    Manuel

@ManuelC: I would suggest holding off on deleting your product – the team is currently investigating so that might hinder it. It is strange that you do not have Xbox Live section for a new product. I just created one and it shows up for me. Can you post on the MSDN forum thread about this?

@StaceyHaffner: Thanks for your help!! I just tried that, but the "Xbox Live" section is not loading for the new game. I tried both, first without a submission, and then with a submission (default category is "App" so I thought about filling the category so it would be considered as a "game"), but  it is still not loading.     Funny stuff is that the Xbox Live section loads for the original game. Alas, the test button still fails, though.     I’ll try to delete and re-create the game and see if that helps.    Best Regards,    Manuel

@@ManuelC: I’ve reached out to the team to see where the investigation for your issue is at. While not the greatest solution, have you tried creating a new product in the portal and publishing the configuration that way? If you haven’t filled out much of the submission stuff, this might be the quickest fix.

Hello,     I have a problem and I was wondering if someone may have a solution, or could point me towards the right direction: When I click on "Test" as described in this video at 14:00 minutes past the start, I always get a "failed" error message. No more information is provided. I started a thread in the MSDN forum for Xbox Live Services, but it looks like it is taking a little bit more time to solve it. Since the deadline is approaching fast, I was wondering if there could be something I could do to fix… Read more »

Though I’m not participating in Dream.Build.Play, this is good to know information for the Xbox Live Creators Program.
