Give it a shot and tell us :-). microsofttranslator.uservoice.com . We know it's not perfect but it's machine learning based so it it improving as people use it and we get more feedback.

Windows 10 Mobile is probably going away once Windows 10 is available on ARM devices next year. So they only have to say "Windows 10", really.
