Thanks Mike for another great video. I've been job hunting for my first UX position for 2 months now but haven't yet been presented with my opportunity. I understand that it can be a long and steady process and sometimes, its just the nature of the hiring process. Be patient, but never take your foot off the gas!

In due time, it will come. Trust. Stay steady and know you're putting in the work. Its going to happen.

This was an awesome video. I enjoyed a lot what you talked about using the messy house analogy. Itโ€™s true we must stay patient. We can enjoy ourselves, but once we get home we have to grind.
I love what you said about how to others it may look like youโ€™re slacking or not putting in work, but internally you know that you are doing what you can steadily pushing the ball forward. It really all comes down to what we think and as long as we are putting in work, enjoying the process and having patience, it will happen.

It's also good to remember, that there will always be colleagues who achieve success faster. Even if you have seemingly progressed much more. Just don't quit.
