In this live training session we will look at creating a multiple choice quiz game. We will create the core game loop – timer, score, win and lose states. We will also show code architecture best practices – keeping data and logic separate, and how to structure a game in a way that makes it easy to maintain and extend. We will look at some of the ways we can extend this in session two.

whats the point of making a basic tutorial like this one and use a more complex script pasted in? if the performance gains are truely necessary, its not off topic and should be shown. if the performance gains are not a real issue as i would expect from the simplicity of the goals set, you should go for the basic route with instantiate and destroy. as a noob, i thought this was a tutorial i could complete before moving to more advanced topics. however, stumbling upon something like this just makes me realize that i wont learn enough to complete… Read more »
